The training section was excellently delivered. I learnt a lot of things such as physical intervention restrictions, legal procedures and best practices.

Great training, everything been explained perfectly and clearly, and gave a better prospect of PBS and how to deal with the residents

Linsey explains things in a way for everyone to understand and also answers any questions from staff. Very professional and friendly and offers plenty of support if needed. Great training, feel more confident.
