The PBS training was really detailed and interesting as well. Linsey made the class very practical and carried everyone along during both the theory and practical sessions. I've also learned the right way to address residents including the best way to de-escalate them whenever their baseline is high. Thank you Linsey... It was a good learning time.Response : Hi Ruth. Thank you for taking the time to leave detailed feedback. We know that our Associate Trainers work very hard to deliver high quality courses. I will personally Linsey an email to share your comments.

Liam was really great both with the theoretical aspect as well as the practical exposure to the training. He puts so much passion into his teachings and ensures it’s well understood and I will always recommend him always. It was a privilege to have sat under his training and my enthusiasm and passion to caring and supporting the young adults have been rekindled.

Very good and informative. A lot of practical learning which enabled a deeper understanding of the techniques taught. Liam was considerate and attentive to detail, giving regular and appropriate breaks when necessary. All in all a well rounded course that gives care workers a stronger point of reference in relation to safety handling, restrictive and non-restrictive techniques
