Very interesting. It should be a common practice in all our services. I can't wait to implement this in service. I hope that it will be rolled out to all staff so we can have a consistent approach. Only 1 issue. The windows could do with some blinds. Lots of people walking past windows alittle distracting. Pearl did really well explaining all the topics and using her own personal examples of situations.
