Excellent study day. Many thanks to Liam. The practical and hands-on training was brilliant and engaging. Hopefully won’t need to put this into practice but if the need ever arises, I now know what to do.

Ben was an Engaging trainer who was enthusiastic and able to answer questions asked by a headstrong group! Morning was a little repetitive from the first session but understand maybe some people had done the course a while ago. Enjoyed the afternoon of breakaway techniques and learnt alot/enjoyed this section

Good to work through theory again to reiterate what we learnt in first session. Practical session was very useful and real life examples used of when the techniques have worked in the past. Fun and engaging.
