Nice and intresting course but Too lenghty. I enjoyed the teacher sharing her experience to make it more understandble.

The timing of our course are set by the RRN Training Standards which are mandatory within your settings. We believe that the time taken to consider reasons for behaviour, proactive strategies to reduce behaviours of concern and learning de-escalation skills are essential prior to learning any physical intervention techniques. I found Liam to be well prepared with the course content. He had all his material prepared well and simple to understand. I also found him to be open with his personal experiences which made him very well received. He was also patient and respectful of views opposing to his own.
