Well presented but a bit in depth in places. A lot of the course was more geared to clients in residential care with learning disabilities and some of the techniques are not appropriate for the community based clients i support, but overall interesting and some good points to take away from the day.

The trainer was very explanative and friendly putting you at ease with some difficult scenarios. Very interesting course and feel that our customers will definitely benefit from the knowledge and new skills learnt. Brilliant and enjoyable .

Was a great course, some really interesting points by our trainer Liam and majority of the time was very engaging.

In 37 years never done a course like this ..... needed 2 days as I had a lot to learn ....hopefully I won't need it

Good interesting course kept us interested throughout.practical activities as well as PowerPoint presentation so we weren’t sat the whole time so kept us wanting to keep learning.friendly and good sense of humour so we felt comfortable
