Trainer imparted knowledge keeping us engaged throughout

Really informative, enjoyed the trainer, trainer approachable, positive and good communication skills

The positive support training was incredible useful. I found the training on the mental health act 2007 as well as the information about the arousal level model to be the best for me to do. Hannah has given me incredible good feedback.

Great course over all, fun but knowledgeable. The teacher was excellent and knew exactly what she was talking about answered all questions.

Jack and Simon were very good.

Overall the course was taught well by the trainers, would be nice to implement at work if all members of staff were required for this training.

The course was well presented but there were some elements we were unable to complete due to restrictions of video conferencing. It was presented in a relaxed and informative way with opportunity to ask questions and share experiences
