I really enjoyed learning breakaway techniques and being reassured that these are last resorts, that most behaviour is communication and I enjoyed that I could have a laugh and the trainer was really funny even though he had big ears

I was worried that the course would not be relevant or resonate with me personally due to my particular role within our organisation. However, I took a lot from this course and found it extremely useful. Ben our trainer was fantastic. Genuine, passionate knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend.

Ben was very engaging and supportive of each member of the group as individuals. Taking care to teach each of us to our own ability and taking into consideration any issues we may have. I found the content of the course interesting and engaging.

Well presented but a bit in depth in places. A lot of the course was more geared to clients in residential care with learning disabilities and some of the techniques are not appropriate for the community based clients i support, but overall interesting and some good points to take away from the day.
