Very relevant to services we are supporting in and it was great to tailor scenarios to ones we are more likely to come across too

Having just come into this line of care from dementia it has opened my knowledge base and understanding. I have managed to retain the information and complete the questions with dyslexia and one of my things is retaining information though PowerPoint. Ben taught and explained it well enough for me to remember. Only trouble I had was glare from paper and board.
