The trainer, Ashleigh Giles was fantastic. Full of enthusiasm, upbeat and kept the course going at a great pace. She always asked all participants if they were happy with content, giving them a choice whether to go over the subject matter again if necessary. Very impressed.

Wasn't really looking forward to the course, mainly because of previous experience, however, I really enjoyed the course and felt that I have learned things that will be very useful in my work and my daily lives. Really enjoyed working with Ben.

Excellent 2 days, great that we could all input, was small group due to non attendees but I feel this worked well. Ashleigh remembered everyone's name which was a great personal touch.

Pace of training was good, not rushed. Plenty of chance to talk about experiences in practice with offer of support from Ashleigh. Practical hands on training very helpful. A lot of information but necessary.
