Teacher is excellent

The traning was very useful and I gain knowledge about how to deal with behaviour that challenge. We have practice exercises and was able to work in small groups.

Good lovely course. Learned a lot on how to de-escalate a situation by talking and using brake away. Training is very knowledgeable polite and patient.

I have learnt a lot, and will be able to use the practice in my role.I found the theories and laws for good practice extremely useful. The use of less tertiary reactive strategies were informative, again crucial to my present roll. The training was delivered with excellence and understanding, leaving time for open and realistic discussions.

The course was very interesting, the trainer made it easy and fun, I really enjoyed it and it was educative and helpful and I have gained more knowledge and understanding of my role and what to do in different situations.
