I liked the theory and I learnt a lot. However even though I go away with knowledge I m concerned about the coming only from good faith perspective.i am scared about real life incident not being just about the niceties but more or less to escape and keep our wellbeing.

Jack the trainer is agreat guy good sence of humour and make training fun.
