This course was very interesting and has given me tools that I can use in both my jobs. My trainer has explained reason for my balance and spatial awareness issues giving me greater understanding of myself and others around me. I have been a great number of teaching courses in my previous profession. I can genuinely say I have never felt as motivated by a trainer. His knowledge was immense and pace was just right for us. He incorporated all the learning styles and was practically helpful if we were not sure of the moves. It was totally inclusive.
