Enjoyed it as we only did what was relevant to our service trainer very good really good
Day 1 training- really impressed with how it was laid out. It was a long day of theory but Dave made it fun,funny,relatable to the job and his experience came across. Day 2 - with becky. Again fun very informative and took her time to engage everyone in the training. Went over moves with us all when we felt we needed it. I am a returning member of staff from years ago and i feel the training we recieve now is so much better. Having trainers who have done the job and bring their own experiences forward and through the training really makes a difference and real to the job we will be doing. Thankyou to both And rosie too

Kirsty helped me through out with the reading and my learning. I was comfortable to speak to Kirsty throughout, I enjoyed the course and learnt so much.
