Amazing trainer, this course has made me reevaluate my working practices and personal situation. Lee was so approachable and happy to answer questions and make suggestions about specific situations. I believe that this training will massively help guide staff in a better way of working with our customers.

Lee was patient with us, he listened and explained clearly. I really enjoyed the course and look forward to my refresher course. He was very expressive and I feel he bought the best out of me . He was open and honest and I felt I could do the same .

Lee was absolutely brilliant. I entered the training course, not expecting to learn anything useful due to the nature of the people in my service. Lee was so knowledgeable and was able to use his own personal experiences to make the course relatable and interesting and I am confident that I will use what I have learnt in every day life and work.
