Excellent training. Was good to refresh my knowledge and breakaway training.

I felt the course was very good. It really focussed on the safety of the people we support and ourselves.

Everything was really explained in good detail and made easy to understand

I am very new to this carer sector. During this session I have learnt completely about challenging behaviours and hou to handle them in positive way and how to safeguarding from them while their challenging behaviour practically.
