Relayed training as I was on the training, for staff to try on service users( not the defence training), and refreshed my training.

Fantastic course, trainer was fantastic, could relate to everything we have to do in our daily shift.

Kirstie has really shown us about everything and gone in to detail and easy for everyone to understand
