Jon's a great trainer - patient, humorous and meticulous. He knows and understands the behaviour and character of our service users, hence grasps individual nuances well and advises appropriately for each situation.

The Positive Behaviour Support course was absolutely excellent. I am someone who hates this kind of training where you need to meet new people and try to get along with them, but entering the room the course was held in Lee made me feel comfortable and at ease. The course taught me a lot of what I needed to know, and new skills I didn't know. Lee is a fantastic teacher who really engaged with us and made the 2 days so enjoyable I forgot we were there on a training course. Lee is an amazing asset to your company.

Amazing trainer, really listened to what we all has to say, took his time to speak with us all & understand us & also give us really good feedback & knowledge on things. The practical side of things was really fun but also really good & easy to follow & understand. Fantastic trainer & would highly recommend.
Linsey was amazing ! Bubbly and talkative I learnt so mutch that I won't forgot , befor this training I knew nothing about pbs or safe break away methods and now I know it all ! Can't wait for more training off her in the future

I feel like I have learnt alot training was put across in a way I could understand and linsey made it fun out standing training from linsey I feel much more confident
Lindsey provided great training and helped me anyway I needed. I was stuck on the breakaway techniques and lindsey helped me took me to one side and explained. Answer any questions that I asked her. Overall great training and trainer.
