Brilliant trainer, does not let you get bored because he makes it interactive. Liam is very self critical and that drive to be better comes across as you really enjoy his teaching techniques. He always entertains questions and genuinely tries to answer them.

Lee was a great trainer, I felt comfortable and less anxious like I usually do in these situations, he made everyone feel welcome and included.Learnt a lot about PBS from Lee.
