Really good course. Built on the skills learnt on Day 1. Learnt new skills in break away techniques that I will be able to use if needed. Kirstie was a fantastic trainer, very knowledgeable.

Our course trainer was Lee. Lee’s knowledge is so extensive and he delivered the content of the course brilliantly! Absolutely loved the course, found it interesting and definitely useable in my role as a support worker. Lee has got a gift for training. He is very relatable and down to earth. Have had a great two days and would definitely recommend the course to my colleagues.
