Brilliant learn a lot of new skills. Trainer excellent the entire group and was engaged throughout. Enjoyed the theory side as it was delivered well and trainer answered any questions. Hope trainer is doing further sessions for other staff in FSO

The course was very useful and feel like I can take away what I have learnt to apply to work. I do not think there is any improvements that could be made.

I have been given new skills to progress in my career the trainer was knowledgeable and very engaging nothing was too much trouble made me feel good about myself lots of praise content was brilliant iam now confident in my ability to use all these new techniques well worth doing.

The course was absolutely fantastic. So much was learned,the technique used from 1234567 skills how to protect the services users and yourself. So much skills to improve my Job and comfort to work without panic. The act of law .and also to improve the life of the service users.

Adam was fantastic. Such a well delivered course. He made even the dryer content engaging and accessible. I hate training days and I massively struggle to focus- this was brilliant.
