The PBS training was really detailed and interesting as well. Linsey made the class very practical and carried everyone along during both the theory and practical sessions. I've also learned the right way to address residents including the best way to de-escalate them whenever their baseline is high. Thank you Linsey... It was a good learning time.

Learn a lot of new techniques have not done this training before so it was informative. Theory was good as we got to learn how to better support our young persons to reduce behaviours of concern or to understand them. And what we can do to keep them at baseline thus reducing the need for RPI.

Liam was really great both with the theoretical aspect as well as the practical exposure to the training. He puts so much passion into his teachings and ensures it’s well understood and I will always recommend him always. It was a privilege to have sat under his training and my enthusiasm and passion to caring and supporting the young adults have been rekindled.
