Ben was great answered all questions made it very easy to learn. Can’t wait for day 3 of the course when the time comes to get to train under Ben again. Fantastic

The trainer was really informative but also made the course fun and interactive. I really loved how he got you to think about different perspectives and to see it from the people we support’s eyes.
