One of the best training sessions ever attended. Content was up to the mark and relevant to the job. I liked the activities most of all. Learned 3 breakaway techniques as required by service I am going to work. Practiced those techniques with Lee over and over and i am confident to apply them if required. Very informative session.

I found the delivery very thought provoking, ensuring that the emphasis was on people and understanding their needs and communication. This will definitely change how I perceive behaviour and looking for cues and triggers
