Lee was very supportive and engaging. The afternoon was excellent and Lee really got into role which helped when performing break away techniques. Didn’t feel rushed or under pressure.

Lee was very open and understanding of my learning difficulty and my previous knee injury. He gave me helpful prompts to advance my understanding of the information and techniques.

I did learn new things on this course and a simplified approach to break away techniques compared to others I have done in the past. Trainer was knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout and check that I understood any point I needed clarifying.
