This is the first time I have done PBS training, I have really enjoyed the training, Lynsey have taught me a lot about this training .

Thought the course very very natural and was delivered in style that was easy to understand and apply. Everything was explained in a way that was engaging and open.

Good to have theory in the morning and practical in the afternoon, assessments were good to be separate at the end of lunch/end of the day.

Really informative. Not a fan of having to pull jacks hair for the demonstration but we all had a laugh! Really enjoyed the training
