Good discussions relevant to our setting and good to practice the breakaways as I had forgotten some.
Training was intensive course on how to deal with behavioural differences and how to keep oneself and customers safe.
Fantastic course and very well delivered. Jack and Craig made it interesting and it didnt feel like the old fashioned way of reading from a textbook. Informative and hands on. We spent time refreshing old techniques and learning new ones. It made your brain work and this is what learning is all about. We are constantly developing how we support and care for others, which we should be. Everyone should have to do this course. Some of the escape techniques could save someone's life, be that at work, in public or even for some in an unsafe environment at home, could save them from harm. Very very impressed with the course and the delivery over the two days from the trainers.

Excellent with a very interactive practical session
Jack was very informative and a great trainer! He would answer all our questions throughly he made it fun and interactive, he often checked in and offered breaks to keep us motivated. Had a great time thank you Jack!
