I really enjoyed the course, learnt a lot, the instructor was brilliant

Alan has facilitated the PBS course extremely well, he ensured a full understanding from all attendees throughout and both 2 days have been interactive. I now feel a lot more confident to maintain people’s safety without using restrictive practise when it is not necessary. I would highly recommend Alan without hesitation.

Amazing course and training techniques, it was engaging and I was never even bothered about looking at the time. Trainer was excellent and kept us all active all through the session. Jimi

Really enjoyed the whole day

Afternoon session good and very helpful, well organised and taught Morning session too much repetition of the PBS 1

Too much small talk and jokes. It got beyond point long when was no necesary. Practical bit was fun Trainner was good though but didnt feel he was seeing the staff point of view and was here to scold us about how we treated patients. Otherwise very helpfull
