Lee was patient with us, he listened and explained clearly. I really enjoyed the course and look forward to my refresher course. He was very expressive and I feel he bought the best out of me . He was open and honest and I felt I could do the same .

The course was very informative. The trainer Lee was very knowledgeable and he made the team feel comfortable while getting the group talking and engaging. Lee was absolutely brilliant. I entered the training course, not expecting to learn anything useful due to the nature of the people in my service. Lee was so knowledgeable and was able to use his own personal experiences to make the course relatable and interesting and I am confident that I will use what I have learnt in every day life and work.
