Excellent course, very informative. Learnt about the arousal model which i can use in my practice. Knowing triggers and cues is very helpful and not being scared to just talk to young people/children and not being afraid to trigger them and knowing how to deescalate the situation using distraction. Really enjoyed this course and Kirstie was excellent.
