Very well presented, informative and easy to follow. The breakout groups were a positive, and I enjoyed completing this course.

I enjoyed the coarse although it has been for 2 mornings, I am surprised as it has been on teams.

long winded and easy to feel fatigued but brilliantly taught, in depth and great attention to detail. The trainer was excellent at bringing previously taught information back in to our later conversations helping us to become more familiar with the large amount of information we had to digest. I feel confident with what I have been taught thanks to her.

Really great refresher. 3.5 hour sessions over two days on Teams worked well. Lots of info to get through and trainer made lots of efforts to get people to share and give feedback. Nicely balanced group and great engagement.
