It was very engaging and interesting. It has made me think more deeply about human behaviours and how sometimes little things like asking “what’s wrong” can change the outcome of a situation. It has taught me that just like me, other people have also got reasons for their behaviours. It will be so helpful to apply it in my day to day life especially at work working with young people. thanks a lot!

Trainer very enthusiastic and interested in what he is talking about, usually find myself disengaging however he tried hard to engage people. Personable, I struggled with certain factors with lights and concentration he noticed this straight away and changed factors and helped me. I haven’t found this in other training courses.
