Absolutely brilliant course, Andy was engaging, professional, fun, knowledgeable and over all a fantastic course. Materials were great, everything was explained so well I could understand, he used great examples. I really enjoyed the training and Andy worked very well with us. Thank you!

I really enjoyed the course, Andy was very enthusiastic and engaging. I have learnt a lot over the past 2 days. In the future I would love to go into more detail about PBS I have found the course very inspirational.

very personable trainer with good use of their own experience. Good for all members of the team (who had mixed experience and knowledge of the subject matter). Highly recommended.

A brilliant course over two sessions in 2 days. Though i was attending to develop my trainer skills, I was fully engaged into the subject matter and learnt so much that i can apply as a person and parent even though i dont work with customers front line. Id love to have had more time on examples of how to put PBS into action. I really appreciated the time Andy gave at the end of session one to share his tips and experience as a trainer with me - huge thank you

Rachael was great. The course was engaging and interactive. I learned a lot that I can apply to my practice. We have agreed that our next team meeting will be all about reviewing LIFE and how we are developing practice and this course has given me some important points to bring into that conversation. Thank you Rachael.
