This is one of the best and more engaging learning course I’ve attended. Mr Liam Meakin was just amazing.

Good course reminding us of how we can impact the people we work with positively. It would have been better if it was more relevent to the type of environments I work in. I work in the community (people's houses) and it was very focused on hospital settings. Other than that very good

Very engaging trainer Ben who clearly had lots of personal experience and stories to relate to. Gave me a good insight into behaviours and made me think more about my own practice and how I can improve it in the future.

I thought that the course was delivered very well and interactive with the group. The group work helped everyone to get involved. The size of the group was nice to feel involved.

Ben was very enthusiastic about this topic, and obviously loves what he does. He gave so many interesting examples and stories that cemented the knowledge that he was teaching us. It has truly made me think about the way I act and speak on my ward, and I will take this on board in the future when speaking and communicating with colleagues and patients.

Response: Thank you, Anna. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear that Ben’s examples and explanations supported your learning and encouraged reflection on communication and practice in your role.

Trainer very engaging. Lots of helpful information and pointers that can be used in the workplace but also at home with family. Course very relatable and it’s easy to see how this can work in practice.

The course and instructor was very informative without being overloading. The instructor delivered the feedback in an enthusiastic manner which made it much easier to stay engaged and not become bored/tired. Most scenario’s were explained in a manner which we could relate with ourselves to make us better the behaviours and how they are a form of communication not disruption. Thanks Ben!
