Really informative and made me think of ways that I can relate to my job. This I hope will help me to help my patients.

The course highlighted what things we do well as a multidisciplinary team supporting people who have had stroke or are living with a neurological condition. It also helped identify areas for my improvement

Ben was really engaging. He made me think outside the box and where I can put PBS into practice not only in the workplace but at home. Ben made it really easy to understand and think about our own actions and how people may react. Thanks again.

Very appropriate to my work It affirmed certain things I was doing to make myself approachable and to gain rapport. Also helped me with new techniques to behaviours of concern and I will use the distraction and divert techniques a lot
