very good information from this course, i learnt a lot of new things I can add to my job role as a teacher assistant. I also learnt how to handle different behaviours and situations. crystal was amazing.

Very informative course, crystal was very good at teaching the course and did a great job
The course was very informative and I liked the positive behaviour approach. I thought it would be about why we restrain but it wasn't at all. I'd like to see videos, unfortunately they weren't working today for our trainer.
Will be more interesting if we will add more interactive sessions. But today's lesson was wonderful and learned lots of new things
