The course was very informative and I liked the positive behaviour approach. I thought it would be about why we restrain but it wasn't at all. I'd like to see videos, unfortunately they weren't working today for our trainer.

Structured well, especially going through the handbook, lots of time to write notes and interact, and I felt confident where and when was best to take notes.
