The training met my learning needs. Lee was in depth and explained as best as I could understand how to support positive behaviors.

Excellent class. Lee was extremely engaging and very well knowledgeable and made the session very informative and interactive. Working on critical care, we need training with respect to dealing with various behaviours and this was something I needed. Many thanks!

Amazing instructor and very well delivered! Lee was incredibly interactive and kept my interest throughout the day. Despite the course being a full days worth I enjoyed my time throughout the session and have learnt a lot regarding PBS that I will take to practice. Thank you Lee for this!

Lee is a great speaker, listened to our questions and answered them, humanised situations and allowed use to give examples how we can use PBS in our work environment

It’s very informative but it will be a struggle to apply it on all patients. Lee has been very good and patient, He really tries to listen to all of us. I think it’s really good to start applying all this to myself then get used to it, so it comes out naturally.

The overall training session was really good. Very useful, not just from the theoretical point of view, but the trainer (Lee) was amazing at showing us different de-escalation techniques that we could used at work as well as in our daily life. I really appreciate the session. Thanks! :)
