Really useful and all information applicable to my area of work. Kirsty was very friendly and informative and relayed a lot of the theory to real life situations (and learning from these). Interactive - right balance of group work with teaching.

Really enjoyed this course. It has changed my views on many issues regarding this topic and the things I can not only do myself but role model and teach to others

Enjoyed this course and it has made me reflect on my own practice. It's a shame we have to wait to attend the other days on physical safety as that will be really valuable to me as we have to safe hold patients often.

The course was really interesting. It's great to understand how we can reduce behaviours early on to reduce the need for tertiary intervention. Lee was really great and allowing the course to be personable and how to relate to real life situations both in work and our own personal lives.

The most fabulous presentation technique. So engaging, so interesting. Lee gave wonderful life experience examples which I always find so interesting. So knowledgeable and kept things ‘in the real world’ I would highly recommend this course to fellow colleagues and also friends who work in education and care home/charity settings with young people.
