Very good training very interactive session and the trainer Ben was very knowledgable with a real background in positive behaviour support to relate theory back to real life situations The training made me think of how I can change some things in my day to day practice as a nurse and reflect this attitude onto my colleagues

This course was very informative and interactive. The trainer listened and answered my questions regarding certain scenarios. The group was interactive and we all learned from our experiences and how the theory applies. I hope to put these skills in action

The course was informative and is very significant for my job . I always struggle with managing /communicating with people who go through different kind of emotions especially challenging behaviours . Ben was able to give me a more understanding on the behaviours of concerns / challenge and better approaches to deal them .
