It gave me an in depth insight into human behaviour and how I can support kids as an SEMH support assistant. The module is very structured and in depth.

I thought the training was thought provoking. As a mental health nurse working in an acute paediatric setting, challenging negative beliefs is something I often have to do. This training certainly helps in doing that. I do think a tailored version for paediatrics is necessary, their was a few things that were only applicable to Adult nursing.

Fantastic course, trainer explained everything in detail in a very engaging way to all. It has given me a great understanding of PBS and how going forward I will now change my attitudes and communication in order to prevent escalation. Getting to know my patient , finding out their likes and dislikes. Being open and honest. Thank you so much Ben you have been an amazing trainer.

Really useful day, helped to understand the process of escalation in behaviour and how we respond to patients to manage behaviours of concern.
