It will be very good if we can learn how to defend ourselves towards aggressive patients

You have completed day 1 of the training, which helps us understand why a person may have aggressive behaviours and how to manage these proactively rather than reactively. The next 2 levels of the course will look further into how to protect ourselves whilst keeping ourselves and the patient safe.
