It was a very informative and educative session. The training very friendly yet professional in his approach to get the subject across. Most importantly, it was engaging and interactive. I have definitely learned something new to improve on my practice.

Ben was a great tutor, really interactive and made sure everyone reached a degree of understanding before elaborating on each topic. The idea of transferring what we’ve learnt into our everyday lives was made much easier with how the course was led.
