Jack was very engaging and knowledgeable and was able to link theory to real-life examples. My only criticism is that community based rather than hospital case studies would have been more relevant to the staff in attendance.
Response : Hi Clair. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found the session engaging and that Jack’s knowledge and real-life examples were valuable. We appreciate your suggestion about including more community-based case studies, and we will take this into consideration as we continue to develop and adapt the course to support participants in their roles.
