Very good teaching session. Learnt new things. Trainer, knowledgeable and enthusiastic and engaging.

This has given so much insight about certain behaviours, it has definitely helped to better understand human behaviour and the possible causes of it. I will use this information on my place of work, and will spread the awareness of how important it is for us to put this training information into practice
