Useful practical tools to use in practice. Could be used with both staff and patients. Ben kept everyone engaged and was good fun which helped the course flow. Tea and coffee would have been good.

Knows how to engage with the different people that were on the course and presented the material in an easy but highlighting the importance of learning how to communicate and de-escalate situations with patients while enhancing the care for them.
