The course offered a great opportunity to develop new skills to put in practise both at work and in personal life. Trainer Ben was knowledgeable, engaging and made learning such fun. Looking forward to booking on Day 2 Thank you for a great day, I feel more confident with the skills you taught us to build relationships to increase the quality of life of my patients.

Carrie who was the trainer, did it clearly for the present and like her class However, the presentation was a bit dark, and the volume wasn’t loud enough.
