Really good course, informative. Helps me to understand where we are meeting people at different stages and what interventions and actions we can take. Relatable to our job.

The training will be very useful on my acute unit with lots of complex patients. Also will encourage my colleagues to book on the course. Kirstie Reynolds has been amazing throughout the training.

Excellent course. I deal with complaints on a daily basis at work & it has really taught me to look into the person & why they may be behaving a certain way before I make assumptions. I'm pretty confident with de-escalation skills but this has further enhanced them. Thank you!

Very interesting Relatable Made me think of my own experiences of how we could have de escalated before challenging behavior Food for thought around cues and triggers Thoughts around patients and what they are going through Nice patient stories to make the theory relatable Thank you Kirstie
