Really good course. Will be able to use in practice when dealing with families of babies on NICU. Excellent examples of practice used which made the theory more relatable.

Interesting speaker, made it really easy to engage I will use the information learnt when dealing with stressed patients and putting things in place before they reach a level of concerning behaviour. It has made me more aware of what cues they may display
