It was an excellent and interactive session. Learned more about the reasons behind why people getting agitated or aggressive , never thought too much of these behaviours before . Learned some practical stuff through the session.

Very good session Long but very good PBS training has showed me how to look out for the cues and to deesculate more effectively.
