I'm sure that for inexperienced/new staff, this would be a very good grounding in PBS, but for me, personally, it was too basic. I'm looking forward to the next part as I know very little about restraint techniques.

Very informative and comprehensive around the skills and focus needed to support customers more effectively. Down to earth, real and engaging. Will remember some anecdotes as e.g.s to work from.

I did feel it was really long due to only having one 15 min break. I had a headache by the end of both days from staring at a screen.
