Tutor very clear voice and speech. Timely sessions not over running. Encouraging tutor, who used names to support Involvement.

I thought this was some of the best training I have done since I have been at Home Group this will be so good to be able to have all colleagues trained in this so we can enhance our customer experience. I can't speak highly enough about this training and the great way it was delivered. Thank you Ian
