Jack was brilliant, he got everyone involved and was a perfect example of how a trainer should be. Kind, funny and respectful I learned a lot on this course and scored 19/20 which proves he was a great teacher

I would love to recommend this to others on my ward so they get different perspectives of positive behaviour. This is eye opening learn more and understand that my skills are on the right track. Thank you kristie
