Ben did brilliantly well delivering the course. It will be beneficial if all staff can go on this course as there is a lot to learn about excellent patient care

Carrie who was the trainer, did it clearly for the present and like her class However, the presentation was a bit dark, and the volume wasn’t loud enough.

Jake was really engaging and positive from the moment I stepped into the room, he ensured we was al comfortable and had comfort breaks to keep us engaged. He explained everything well and use lots of evidence based practice to back up all the learning points. I have taken a lot from this training session and will use PBS during my practice.
