Course and Kirstie were great. Learnt a lot for my work as a TA but also to help with my daughter who has learning difficulties! Recommend to all.

Kirsty was very engaging and brought the subject to life with real life examples of situations she had faced. There were amble opportunities for us to reflect and consider our practice and how it could be improved and the elements to be considered.
